The guitarist sounds more like a gang of four rip off but the only thing that sounds pixies about them is the bass loops coming in earlier than expected. Many 90s bands did that after them but no one did that better than the pixies.

pretty sure his throat is fucked in this performance, ive seen many live iterations of les savy fav and ive never heard his voice anywhere as bad as this.

I never heard the band but the name...I googled it and didn't get why the lead singer was always wearing odd costumes and looked odd...and now it fits even less...the band is decent..but the singing is just off a bit...his name is Tim? I would say tim Armstrong of rancid would sound kind of nice with this band...and no...it doesn't necessarily matter...but it can. I'm not a fan of all music..but I do examine bands for qualities I like.
