This will bring up the data validation window where we can set up various options for our cells. We're not going to use any settings for this, so we'll just focus on the input message tab.

Here, we can enter a title and a message for our tool tip. This will appear whenever someone selects the cell, providing them with helpful information about what data should be entered. And the best part? The message will automatically adjust in size if it's too long, making it easy to read and understand. This is a great way to make your spreadsheets more user-friendly and efficient.

how I can add recommend value which changes based on data.
Example:
Tooltip msg: Recommended value: "XYZ"
where "XYZ" is the value from cell "AB"

idea: I had a spreadsheet with 40 columns of information. one of the columns was business unit number and and another for business unit name with 75 business units. I would have sales with all these units then the same list under COGS, etc...going down hundreds of rows. I decided to eliminate the business unit name and instead bury the name in another kind of tool tip. When you create a hyperlink there is a place for a screen tip which is visible when you hover over the link. So for each business unit number I create the hyperlink, linking back to the same cell but adding a screen tip with the business unit name. If you remember what some of the unit names are then you don't have wasted screen space. But for the ones you don't remember then you can hover over them to get their name.

I thought that is screen tip, but I was wrong. No wonder each Screen tip tutorial it doesn't matches with my Excel.
