00:31 Avocado oil.
00:39 Sesame.
00:44 Mozzarella.

01:11 Salt, pepper to taste.
01:29 Mozzarella 3 tbsp.
01:41 Milk 1 tbsp.
02:01 Tortilla.
02:04 Cook on low heat for 3-4 minutes.
02:19 Flip to the other side.
02:34 Increase heat.
02:37 Cook for 1-2 minutes.

Grate 200 g of potatoes on a fine grater.
Place in a bowl.
1 egg.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Garlic.
Add 50 g mozzarella cheese.
Mix well.
Flour 1 tbsp.
Divide into 4 parts.
Olive oil.
Cook for 3 minutes over medium heat.
Flip.
Cook for another 2 minutes over medium heat.
