Unseen Matthew Perry Interview on Filming Friends in London (1998)

On 27 March 1998, Matthew Perry was interviewed in the centre of Westminster as he and Friends co-star Matt LeBlanc were filming scenes for the iconic two-part episode set in London (you know, the one where Ross says Rachel...). Despite the cast having been told not to speak to the press, the London News reporter's persistence paid off, and both Perry and LeBlanc were happy to talk about how they were finding the Big Smoke compared to the Big Apple. Like the episode, this report also features a cameo by Sarah, Duchess of York – seen arriving at Westminster Abbey ready to shoot.
