Honestly, I think Charlie's hypercharge is the problem. Most other good brawlers have hypers that let them make game-changing plays. It feels like Charlie has a really good kit except for the hyper, and she could very well be meta again if it got a good rework

Fang buffs idea: (choose one to make him balanced)
- while supering, he gets a damage reduction shield 30% and when he gets out of super for 2 seconds later he gets a 15% dmg reduction shield
- unload speed buff
- slight hyper charge charge rate buff
- increase movement speed
- increase damage at range
- 4 hits to 3 hits for super
- add reticule for small attack

I think the last point abt pros and casuals is a non problem, yeah casuals have worse aim and strategy but so do their opponents like it should check out. If you do good in a game, or it was really good pick, you get more hypers. Rewards good play. THAT BEING SAID, i don't believe hypers making draft more polarising when you have a hard counter is a good thing. Obviously hypers make that last pick hard counter even more impossible to outplay, even if it was a good pick by the opponent, so the hypers have made drafting more important in more situations. You can argue hypers make drafting TOO rewarding and so i think the way they should be nerfed is mechanically, like hanks hyper nerf, but this can be difficult in many cases like with mandys because removing a whole ray would be a massive nerf, so they needa touch on dmg stats and shield stats imo wherever, mechanic changes are difficult
