Today I review a 2024 Nissan Altima SL!

Every time someone buys an Altima, the danger level on the road goes up by 13%.

I’ve had four Nissans and they gave me no problems. Maintenance is key people just don’t take care of them just because it’s a CVT doesn’t mean it’s a bad car.

Definitely not a Camry crusher. Our 2014 SL dropped a tranny at 67K miles, meanwhile my 2007 Camry SE is still driving like new at 220K.

I mean everyone bashing on the CVT but for work I have to drive from California to New York or Florida and back. They gave me 2 company vehicles one is a 2018 Pathfinder with the CVT that now has over 500, 000 miles with absolutely 0 issues with the CVT or anything else and my other company car is a 2021 Altima that now has over 300, 000 miles also with absolutely 0 issues and not to mention other coworkers with Nissan company cars all with CVT’s and 90% of them with over 200, 000 miles that have never had issues with the CVT’s 🤷🏼‍♂️

I’ll take my Camry anyday. I feel it’s more spacious, sleeker, and way more reliable. Plus, I got a new SE Camry with all these features (minus 360 cam) for just over 30k. And it’ll hold more value

I understand why people say the CVTs are garbage, it’s because of the amount of sudden accelerations people do to these cars. So how about, you just don’t do that?
