Vice president Harris. I saw you give a great speech when you launched your candidacy for president in my hometown Oakland alongside representative Barbara Lee.

But this speech you gave today during the 'International Summit on peace' for Ukraine leaves me with two questions:

1.  If peace is what we want for Ukraine, why did the president pledge weapons deliveries into Ukraine for the next foreseeable several years?

2.  If, as you stated in your speech, the "US supports a people's right to choose their own form of government", then why is there a recording of our deputy secretary of state Victoria Nuland, heard blatantly choosing specific figures to lead Ukraine, after she assisted the overthrow of the previous democratically elected government? And why did she have to cuss, "F_the EU!"?

Finally, why do you keep referring to "International norms and rules", instead of 'international-law' which the UN-Charter is based on.

Whose "Norms and rules" exactly are you replacing international-law with?
