Hi again, I just wanted to follow up since I just left a comment on a different video asking about staging in an occupied home...this video answers my question! Hope to save you time in answering. Thank you for sharing your wealth of knowledge. You ladies are wonderful.

Hi J & E, I am so glad to see another great video from you ladies! I am always looking forward to the next video. I like that you all chose a modest home with the bells and whistles the most stagers choose to display their before and afters. It was a great lesson hearing your thought process and the reasons behind them. Bringing the greenery for life made me LOL.
Questions:
1. Did you remove all of the soft Goods after the photoshoot? I assume you don't leave soft goods in the home.

2. Did you rent the artwork to the client, or was it removed after the photoshoot?

3. I could not tell how the sofa was sectioned off, however, was eliminate some of the smaller sofa pieces an option? Possibly store in a garage or family/friend's home until after the home sold?

4. Was suggesting the client mount the TV on the wall and remove the chest an option. It would have helped the flow and made space look a little larger.

5. You state the client did the cleaning, which was a help. Do you all clean or usually request the homes to be professionally cleaned and ready for staging?

6. Do you or the realtor schedule the professional listing photos.

7. in this case did the client or the realtor pay for the staging?

8. What is your process for staging occupied homes during COVID?

I am looking forward to your vacant staging process video.

Thank you,

I would have taken out the Loveseat. It took up too much space. Too little is always better than too much. In the kitchen, I would have added a tray with dish and hand soap on it in decorative fashion. Trays always make a room look more tidy and upscale. You guys did a great job! Taking all that stuff out of the study made it look much bigger!

Hi! I’m starting my home staging business and was wondering if it is necessary to have a business partner? I’m currently solo with no perspectives

Hi...great video and great transformation. I have a question about how you did your video. I have a home staging business (I’m in NY and have been in business for over 13 years). I need to be able to combine video with still pics - and to keep the narration going when the still pics come on. I have to give this a go. You have the same video editor that I have. I recognize the music! Any chance you could do a video tutorial? Thanks!

When you rent furniture because its not in your inventory, do you directly do the rental contract or you have your client do the rental contract with the furniture supplier?

Do you guys have a minimum time frame in between the consultation walkthrough and the actual staging?

This home looks quite clean. What do you recommend for stagers to do for Homeowner’s that have very cluttered and dirty homes. For owner occupied do you still supply furniture pieces and accents?

How do you keep up your soft surface materials (bedding, rugs, pillows, etc) in good condition during an occupied stage if the homeowners don’t move out? How do you deal with your staging materials not being “lived” on if they’re still living in the space 😬😬😬. Appreciate your help!!! 🥰🥰🥰

Hiii.. I have a couple of questions. My first question is whenever you have the be seller most certain furniture pictures and personal artifacts, where exactly do they store it? Also do you guys have a minimum amount of days that you need between a consultation and stage and ALSO, lol, do a professional cleaning crew come in and clean before you guys do your job or do you got about the cleaning or neither. Thnx.. you guys are amazing BTW
