I wished the State of Wisconsin had this same law that New York has. The Polk County Social Services placed me in a sexually abusive foster care home from age three to seven years old without doing a criminal background check on the parents first. Unfortunately my sexual abuse has affected me to the point that I cannot work at a job that pays the current minimum wage.
