I think the xs might fit you well around everywhere except your shoulders. Does it feel tight around shoulder region?

What changes between sizes, does the sleeve length and length of the jacket change much? I have a medium and it's alot more puffy at the back even though I have the European slim version because I'm from here. Im 5'11 150lbs. Even though Im 150 i look slimmer than other 150 dudes not sure where the weight goes.
