How to fix or remove Mac OS X Keychain password Error pop ups

This quick Fix tutorial shows you how to remove the Keychain pop up Errors - Local Items asking for password for good causing mild irritation
Probable reason why this has popped up is that you formatted or installed a new OS or changed or reset your Apple ID.

Sometimes the the Local Items Keychain on the Mac will not recognise your valid password and would incessantly ask for the password and not accept your valid password entered.
