Why send dell machines out with bitlocker set on

So user has no idea they ar going to have this problem

The customers turn off to recover up laptop.
Bitlocker turns on.

I'll be moving to a new laptop with no microsoft on it.

Will never forgive microsoft for this.

Took me 25 minutes to get two cups of coffee. Why? I had the audacity to walk in and wait in line. Had I used a cell phone and ordered online I could have sat in my car staring mindlessly at my cell phone enjoying, cat videos or tik-tok. To their credit the barista's were apologetic for the wait. Totally not their fault. Dear Starbucks, you have lost your minds if you think "more" computerization will improve anything. Never going back to stand in line for this over-priced product. Never.
