Our family has bought all of the sets since the Toy Shop re-release. We rebuild them each holiday season. By far the most popular set in our family is the Gingerbread House. It's an absolute joy to build.

I rebuilt the gingerbread house today for a winter display, it is so fun to simply go back and remember all the details, I loved rebuilding the small cabinets as well as the beds and roof!

I think the train is my favorite. If I had to get rid of all of my sets except for 1 and start over I just couldn't give up my train. I agree with you that the Santa's visit set is amazing.

Also, to answer your question, Winter Village Main Street is my favorite Winter Village Set, with the Winter Village Steam Train and Winter Village Train Station tied for second.

loved your channel. I loved legos so much as a kid and recently I got back to it since I'm an adult now (just turned 30) and I now have my own money to buy sets by myself. I just bought the world map huge set (over 11k pieces) and I got a winter village set for free so your video came out in the right time to watch :D keep the good work!

I'm pretty sad that the elf clubhouse got discontinued and I can't find it anywhere. It just has such a cool vibe, the retro computer with the naughty list alone makes it just so special to me. I'm gambling on the fact that this year's winter village set will be good, because I don't really like the city feel of the 2022 set, because to me the whole theme has a more cozy and small village vibe.

I don't have any of the Winter Village sets, unfortunately. By the time I get to December every year, my Lego budget is generally exhausted...esp with the ‘22 price increases!

Love them though; wish I had them all!! Personally, I would use the basic sets to MOC up more complete versions, but the theme has been remarkably consistent for something stretched out over so many years.

I am however going to get the latest installment if I can swing it, just to get that awesome street-car!! And, the music and toy store(s) will make great starts for MOC’s...

Yeah good list, mine would not be far from it I guess. Honourable mention to the mini-Gingerbread House though! I did get the Winter Chalet in the last BrickLink design program round, but I guess that doesn't count.

I agree with most of your list! I think the recent ones are so cool, and much better than the old ones. Really the only one I disagree on is the train station. You put it higher because it goes with the train, but I don't think that redeems it haha. For me personally, it was way too basic and it's bottom three. Curious what you think of the alpine lodge?
