• Begin standing with feet shoulder-width apart, hands on hips.
• Step your right foot to the right, and bring your left knee up to hip-height.
• As you bring your left foot back down, leap to the left and land softly on your left foot, driving your right knee up to hip-height.
• Continue this movement back and forth, keeping your spine long and shoulders wide.
