I hate that I've grown up and now space companies aren't just cool nerds. Now there's the understanding of corporate greed. But I hope they get home ok

Just for some extra context. The vehicle to return them home is already at the ISS, they're not waiting for a vehicle anymore, so they do have a return vehicle. But on that spaceX capsule that was sent up, was 2 astronauts, part of a normal crew rotation on the ISS, it was originally four, but two got dumped to make space for these Boeing astronauts, these two are now part of that same crew rotation which got launched. SpaceX crew 9 will return sometime in February.

So to clarify the vehicle is already there, they just became part of that crew (crew 9) and will be there until the planned return in Feb.

Stuff like this is why that woman was sent with 100 tampons. People made fun of NASA for not knowing how many tampons a woman needed, but it was almost certainly just incase she got stuck (as these 2 individuals have now).
