FORTIN NTS VS NAMELESS - VS GEAR DEMO

Best damn metal guitar plugins period. Just did my take on mixes using each, using my Lundgren M8 Loaded Schecter Blackjack A8 (for obvious reasons) and my BKP Warpig loaded Skervesen Shoggie 7. Can do a video dialing them in soon, if there is interest.

My thoughts: Both are very flexible as far as the heavy tones you can get, especially since the Nameless is about to get an update including the Hex drive. I used the GRIND pedal on both of these though, just to keep them closer to one another. If you can only get one, remember that the NTS has a GREAT clean channel, while the Nameless does not have one at all, though it can get fairly clean with some work.

The Nameless leads me to dial in some pretty wild, aggressive stuff, with more top end, while the NTS feels more easily reigned in and controlled...That said, the low ends on both of these FEEL better than pretty much anything I have ever plugged into.

Did you try the free trial of the STL Tonality Howard Benson Plugin? and there is also a freeware amp plug-in called Ignite - Emmisary.

EQs at equal. Nameless usually has the mid punch. Not on this vid though oddly? But Namless now uses (2.0) the same 3 virtual pedals now to soo?

Guitars sound great and great comparison of the 2 Fortin's. But I must say, the percussion is heavy on the treble. Just an observation from a lifelong musician. Hell yeah man \m/

Are you actually left handed or is the camera just mirroring it?
