You're right, they fit well on a red themed rig.

But i like recent Nvidea cards with that huge glowing logo on the top of the card, fits well on any rig !

I'm in a dorm room with two routers in my room, and all the rooms around me are also using routers. My Vengeance 2000 still works clearly even if I go to the bathroom. Now is also a better time to buy to Vengeance 2000 because the 1500 had Dolby drivers, and the V2000 does not. Corsair confirmed they will be having a driver update now. If you have the money to spare, I would recommend to Wireless headset any day. Its much more convenient.

I did return my hs1A for that problem, cable got loose and sound went . But i have to say they replaced it after a year with a new pair of vengeance .
So still believe Corsair is a serious company to buy for

A mouse and headset are the 2 exceptions that I can understand when it comes to wireless gaming. Unlike a keyboard and monitor they aren't stationary, you move then around quite a bit

I'm now using the Tritton AXpro, cost me a lot of money the sound is allright but I hate the wires.

Go to playback devices and right click on the Vengeance 2000 and select properties. Then go to the levels tab and turn the mic all the way down and mute it. This mutes the playback but not your actual mic. See if that works.

No, I heard many problems with them. But a lot of people say that it has to be the driver problem. While 1500 is using Dolby this one is using some other driver.

I wish they made an application to monitor and control these headphones. It's all well and good to change your equalizer but that doesn't matter if they run out of charge on you.

I had the opportunity to use one of the new Macbook Pros. The best thing to do is have Windows set to 1440 x 900 with 100% scaling. Since it's exactly half the max resolution of 2880 x 1800, it scales perfectly to use all the pixels for a retina effect, but the performance hit in games is only equal to running it in 1440 x 900. You can play Battlefield 3 with max settings at about 40-50 FPS with this setup.

I have the 1500 right now and i'm seriously thinking about returning this thing. For starters the usb cable is so short that it requires me to use an extension cable. Another thing about this thing is how the memory foam is very itchy and isn't very comfortable for an extended period. This thing is heavier than it looks, plus it is an open headphones so I still hear the annoying next door neighbors. I was thinking about getting the 2000 model but minus the wireless it appears to be the same...

Update the fuzzy noise only happens when the computer has software running that uses noise, e.g. a game or a youtube vid on pause. If i close everything it stops.

I don't think so, however you can get the official sony 7.1 headset which is very similar and works on both a pc and ps3, thats the one i use. I would recommend it.

Looks like the blue foam Serta uses on there iSerta mattress. Sposed to be cooler on your skin.
