So after couple minutes i found the mod that includes the weird eye mobs!
"Eyes in the darkness" mod and here is a tip for the mobs

They spawn in dark places in all dimensions.

When not looked at, they will slowly approach nearby players. They disappear if damaged or if a player looks at them while close enough. If they manage to touch a player, they will disappear and jumpscare them, obscuring their screen for a few seconds.

During October, Eyes spawn more and more often every day up until the 31st where their spawn rate is at its maximum. Normal spawning then resumes the day after until the next October.
They are "friendly" type of mob so they won't attack you just give ya a lil scare
