I have one that came with a new opener and found the battery is 100% garbage it only lasts about 7 to 10 days then you most remove the unit in order to remove the battery and charge it for 8 hours. . I contacted the factory and was told the short battery life is because of a bad WiFi signal and I should move the touch pad closer to the router ???? My router is only 30 feet away and I can go across the street another 100 feet and my phone - computer - etc connects fine. ( The new door opener also connects fine ) PS When the camera kills the battery the touch pad also dies

How you turned off the small light below camera above number 3?

You didn’t say anything on how the battery doesn’t last long. I had to buy a second battery and change them out every three weeks. 👎

I have one and it looks great on the house but the battery is extremely horrible. I got tired of changing it out every few days to charge the battery. I see now on the MyQ they are selling the rechargeable battery knowing the battery life is awful. Literally takes 8-10 hours to charge which is ridiculous.

not nearly enough detail on what this product does or if it's worth it! show app details, can it be opened from the app? etc etc. this is too general to be helpful in my opinion.
