Davis, and the Leadership Conference Education Fund Campaign Manager Changa Higgins, in a conversation moderated by Policing Campaign Director at the Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights Lynda Garcia on the spectrum of policing and public safety options, alternative public safety models, and community-centered review processes.
