I created this short as a love letter to the Knights of the Old Republic games. I played these to death in my teens, they no doubt inspired me to do what I do. Nihilus is such a mysterious character so I hope that I have done him justice in this short. This whole project has taken me three months.

To make it I used Cinema 4D, Redshift, X-Particles, Gaea.

the only thing i disliked was that it wasnt longer! Nihilus is one of my favorite sith characters in star wars and i found this short film absolutely stunning!

Legacy

You beautifully illustrated what Nihilus is capable of here. They spend so much time talking about him during the game, about how he can eat entire worlds, and it makes you wonder what a process like that would look like. This is as good a demonstration of that as we could possibly get. It makes you wonder if a being like him even needs a lightsaber.
