Ingredients

My SuperSeed Mince
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup walnuts
1/4 cup dried shittake mushrooms

1/4 cup dried lentils
2 tbsp tomato puree
800g pasata
300ml water
2 carrots
1 onion
1 tbsp brown rice miso paste
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
Salt
6 lasagne sheets

Creamy Sauce
1/4 cup cashew nuts
20g tofu (optional for added protein)
1 cup water
1 tbsp white miso paste
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
2 tbsp olive oil
Breadcrumbs

For the mince:
Soak the walnuts and seeds
Drain and dry
Pulse in a blender with shiitake mushrooms (dont over blend or you will get nut butter

Looks good, but honestly it is too high in fat. I will leave out the olive oil.
