I don't know if Gregg and Grumbot Prime have met each other, although they seem to have parallels to Jesse Pinkman and Walter White Jr. respectively.

Grumbot Prime acts out because his dad's always disappearing and acting weird, unknowing of how much of a fortune the dad is collecting. He can usually be seen at home.

Gregg is a born mischief maker who happened to be placed in the path of Grian, and Gregg was used by Grian to help with amassing riches. Though Gregg cares about Grian, they tend to be at odds with each other.
