You know, I find this song very relatable even though I'm a 25 year old guy with no kids. It's just that like Ed, I too have the habbit of getting real down sometimes, and I might cry myself to sleep from time to time...but then a new day comes, and there are small moments you share with loved ones that make you go: "You know what? Maybe I'll be alright after all, I'll find my way out."
It's just what I needed since the last couple of months have been a bit like a rollercoaster for me too.

In his latest interview with zane he talks about how they (him and his daughter) put a vinyl every morning. Especially the day when he was in bed at 2am sobbing hard. For Ed, this song may be about his daughter, but for me, my niece comes to mind. She was born in August, which is the same month that I was born as well. Seeing her in person brings so much joy to my life (meeting her doesn't happen often for me since my sister lives an hour away), but even when I see pictures of her, I get that same feeling inside of me for a brief moment 💝
