As for the rise, it's really about what's available. I don't recall stores carrying high-waist jeans back in early 2000s or early 2010s.

I prefer low-ish rise, or such as mid-rise instead of those super low. For whatever reason, I don't look good in high-rise. Thanks for the video xx
