It's a natural tendency to let the bar swing right after the cut. Don't let it swing behind your legs. The chain doesn't stop right away. The 462 is a beast. If your not strong get something smaller. If you start getting fatigued, put it down and take a break. Don't mess with these things.

Just bought a 462. Impressed with the starting. Second pull from cold. I didn't see where you show the brand of the splitter. I was impressed with the cycle times. My Northern Tool 30 ton cycle times are around 11 - 15 seconds. I've had it for about 11 years and may need to upgrade to increase production.

Chris another great video. Ann you have a lot of healing to do, when I injured my hand 40 years ago it took me 8 years to learn how to feel with it. It’s not great but it works. Best of luck to you. Keep on cutting
