I believe it was the great prophet LL Cool J who said, "Don't call it a comeback".

Oh my god I'm still subbed here?? After ten years?? Holy shit I might cry, you've literally reshaped my ENTIRE

I first came across this channel when I was around 12-13? I don't know, I was just starting middle school when I first came across your TeamCrafted speedart. It was my introduction to the CONCEPT of fanart and that video was also the very FIRST time I ever thought about drawing. Oh my fucking god, I remember I used to draw mine and my younger siblings Minecraft characters, and I even remember I tried to replicate your style. In the two years where I developed my art skills, I only drew two pieces. One of my drawings was of another MCYT group that was popular-ish back then and I was even able to get it signed by that group at a meet & greet in uhhh... 2016 maybe?! For fucks sake!! I know I still have both of those drawings because I brought them with me to college!!!

Fast forward to 2025, I'm turning 21 on the 9th of this month and I'm a graduate of The Los Angeles Film School (It was an 18 month intensive program). Now I'm on the job hunt in the working world. I've run my own animation project during the lock down and gained a found family through the passion. After learning more about general production, I've decided I wanna be an animated showrunner! And I specialize in screenwriting (Which also started because of something MC related lol but I that's a secret I plan to take to my grave).

This is all because of that one video you posted 11 years ago. I seriously don't know how to express my gratitude enough. And I'm so unbelievably excited that you're back after the world has changed so much over the past decade. I'll try to keep up with this channel because I wanna support you in every way I can (I'll likely even get the scribble prints once I have stable income). You are absolutely amazing dude, my life would've gone in a completely different direction if it weren't for what my old friends called "silly little MC drawings". I never forgot your name because it really meant that much to me, bro I still go back to that video once every 1-2 years (I think I MIGHT have commented the last time I saw it?? Idk.) Again, I have no idea how to express how fucking thankful I am, so take this comment as a love and thank you letter for changing quite literally, everything.

Forever grateful for you PyxelStyx ❤

You were the person that showed me that digital art exists, even tho I didn't understand how you magically made the art you did (I had no idea what drawing tablets were either). It's nice to see you after so long, I've been doing digital art for years now, and you showed it to me!

I don't know how the hell I missed this! You're videos were the biggest reason why I started to do digital drawing, and feel really proud of. Those days of seeing your timelapses were my childhood.

Crazy, I was literally just thinking about the minecraft speedart era. I used to make them as well during that time. I couldn't remember your username, and here you are! So cool to see how much you've improved!

Hey dude! Lovely to hear you're doing well c: I remember watching some of your speedpaints on re-peat as I worked on some of my own art!! I've been drawing for years and I'm currently enrolled in college for 3D animation. It's exciting to hear you're working with Squid, it does remind me of the good ol' days. Thanks for the beautiful art! c:

I was never subscribed to you, I’m not even sure how I stumbled across your channel recently. Ten years ago I used to watch your videos on my family’s computer on the guest account. I was a little shocked to see you post a video so recently after a near decade-long hiatus.

I remember your videos would inspire me to want to make my own art of my Minecraft avatar which I drew in Microsoft Paint. It used to be such a pain in the butt because paint didn’t allow you to draw on layers, but I managed. I would also draw my friends’ avatars all together as well, as if we were that group of YouTubers which had skydoesminecraft and whatnot. My friends complimented my art when I showed them and that pushed me to want to get better at drawing. My Minecraft art wasn’t that great but I was really proud of it as a 10 year old. It’s definitely stored somewhere on the old family computer, I’ll have to dig and find it.

I truly must credit your videos for igniting this desire within me to draw and create and imagine and make things for the sake of making. I’m in university now studying architecture and looking for internships and my life would be so different had I not found your videos over 10 years ago. Thank you PyxelStyx.
