Lmao It's a great romance as a CONCEPT, but its execution was laughably bad. I remember him saying that and just laughing my ass off. Dude, I'm just a woman flirting with you. I didn't propose.

The BioWare writers for this game were so desperate to make Anders the tormented figure, they lost any semblance of relatability or realism with his character. I would love to respond this way sometime as a joke if someone compliments me.

I flirted with him once just out of curiosity (I was still gonna stick with Fenris my fav) and it honestly felt like the next time I talked to him he was like "I'm ready to move in now". And I read what happens if you romance him and let him escape - he basically does a "thanks for loving me, k byeeee"
