Guake is a drop-down terminal for GNOME Desktop Environment.It is invoked with a single key, and hidden by pressing the same key again i.e F12.
To use in full screen Press F11 & resize by dragging the margin.
You can open it on your current window, type command hide & unhide with F12.
Gauke give you quick access of terminal to run command, check status & run foreground task for long time without opening too many tabs.
