The side quests in this game are actually interesting and diverse. Met so many NPCs with their own little storylines. I love helping them and exploring points of interests since it will usually give me a new side quest to tackle.

This was recently on Steam sale for $6. For that price? Absolutely worth it. For the $30 it normally costs? Still worth it for the huge amount of content, basic but interesting story, and really enjoyable gameplay.

I must agree, that $40 is a bit much for this game(as it were.) In fact...I very rarely buy games at full price, upon initial release. ObsidianArt gave this game a scathing review( in terms of the story)....but I was so enthralled with the beautiful graphics and I LOVE arcade-style shooters! Yes...marketing budget is important for mass sales(but for gamers like myself...who love to scour the internet for obscure games, we don't need mass marketing to become aware of games.)
Chorus is currently going for $11.99(USD) on the Playstation Network....so of course, I had no choice but to buy this game! Just got finished downloading it, but haven't played it yet(but still feel good about my purchase.) 👽Speaking of obscure games with little to no marketing, I recently bought SpaceTime Odissey and this game has very charming retro-arcade-style graphics, good game mechanics, gives you a choice of either 1st person or 3rd person perspectives and it's an open-world space shooter that allows you to explore planets! It's only $6.99 and it's a lot of fun! Subdivision Infinity DX is a fairly popular game and the graphics are nearly as good as Chorus and it was only $4.49! Thank you for your honest review of Chorus(as well as for illustrating all of the good points of this game!)

iN A DIRECT COMPARISON. . i have to say that STARPOINT GEMINI 3 done by a Croatian Studio is better. . Both games have surprising many similarities what is a bit suspicious but lat least the Croatian done title tries to bring in a bit more story, even though it is not the most deep one
2:10 THE FIRST MARKETING WILL BE ALSO THE LAST ONE FOR CHORUS out of two reason. FISHBITES went out of business and the game itself did not fullfilled the financial hopes put into it. To say it direct as other German done Video-Game ventures it was a total financial disaster as written in some Economical Articles referring to this product.
So there will be no follow up game.
Just mentioned because this clip refers to the WORTH OF THE GAME !

Couldn't disagree more about the presentation. This game right from the start menu had me with the amazing music and visuals. The cut scenes are modest but very well done and serve their purpose.
I'm shocked that nobody ever seems to mention the amazing original soundtrack of this game... the best of any game I've ever played.
