errore in apt update N: Ignoring file 'anydesk-stable.list.save.1' in directory '/etc/apt/sources.list.d/' as it has an invalid filename extension

I done as you mentioned...but " YOUR ADDRESS is 0 " showing...i reinstalled it but still
