I think the worst thing about this sequence of events is while in Terezi’s mind Vriska called her up in a sort of challenge, Vriska’s perspective she just got done talking with John and notices Terezi behind her for some reason.

Look at Mindfangs face at 1:06. I think that that's a face of hopelessness because knowing how she fought the condescension and the condescension had many enemies she probably built a entire crew of refugees and got really pissed who she slowly killed of innocent civilians
