You know what I have found a lot throughout my career a lot? Some clients becomes genuinelly angry when they discover that you were not actually trying to sell anything. Specially when they are addressing the meeting with a predetermined mindset that you will somehow present a solution for whatever it is that they might be searching for. I think this experiences serve to illustrate how people are addicted to the "sell now-profit new" kind of mentality.
