@48:00 what she meant is what black African authority permitted you as individuals to form a community, because the existence of such a community is only valid if it was permitted by a black African authority; at least this seems to be the premise of the question. I understand it may not be productive in south Africa, but I would argue Orania is an organic community and the people who compromise the community do not require black African permission to exist and associate with one another on a voluntary basis!
