As a proud Mexican American that clip of Jorge owning Obama was gold. Lol 😆 I wish more of the media were like him not afraid to go after anyone. Selena, man such a sad story what happened to her. Nice video. Props to Santana and Mariano Rivera too. So many iconic Latinos out there.

Roberto Clemente is sometimes regarded as the Latino Jackie Robinson. He helped pave the way for diversity within our great game today and has a humanitarian award named after him that's given out every year. He was truly a great man #21

Celia Cruz should've been more than an honorable mention. She's important to the conversation about Afro Latinos. RIP Selena 🕊️

As a latina American who barely had any Hispanic role models growing up, I never knew there was that many Hispanic role models. I never saw a celebrity in American media who's also Ecuadorian.

I can’t help but think about Roberto Clemente and his impact on baseball. Great player and great humanitarian. And he paved the way for all of my favorite MLB players of Hispanic descent; David Ortiz, Miguel Cabrera, Pedro Martinez, etc

Interesting that both Selena and her
portrayer, Jennifer Lopez, made your

I love who you picked for your list. I’m a little disappointed, though, that you omitted so many others: José Feliciano, Orlando Cepeda, Zoë Saldaña, just to name a few.

Great list! I loved Lin-Manuel Miranda's portrayal of Lee Scoresby in the current "His Dark Materials tv series".
