Hear Survivor Sochil Martin’s Story | Unveiled: Surviving La Luz Del Mundo

The premiere of the HBO Documentary series Unveiled: Surviving La Luz del Mundo shared the stories of brave survivors who came forward to share their harrowing experiences with the Mexican Christian megachurch La Luz del Mundo (LLDM) and the sexual abuse that members, many of them minors, suffered at the hands of its successive leaders, known as the "Apostles."

For National Child Abuse Prevention Month and Sexual Assault Awareness Month, we are proud to partner with Picture Motion to further amplify the voices of these courageous survivors and raise awareness about the resources available – as well as the continued efforts needed to not only support survivors, but bring an end to sexual abuse globally.
