These look nice, but it's nothing like a Five Guys burger. Five Guys makes smashburgers, which you can totally do at home. 1 - Use cast iron, get it ripping hot. Oil or fat is not needed unless you are using super lean meat. 2 - Form into a ball, not a patty. Drop your meatball on your screaming hot pan, and smash it as flat as you can with the spatula. You want it to basically stick to the pan. (This will not work on non-stick, use cast iron or stainless) 3 - Wait. The burger won't come off the bottom of the pan until it's totally cooked and coated in that famous five guys crust. You may have to scrape with your spatula to get it up, that's normal. 5 - Flip. Smash it again. Finish it on the other side for just about two minutes. THIS will give you the flavor you get from Five Guys with the exact same ingredients.
And not so crazy with the seasonings. At Five Guys they have a shaker with both salt and pepper and just give each side a shakey shakey.

Great video mate. For ketchup I found this Organic Tuscany tomato ketchup only sweetened with grape must. Gonna make the same burgers as you Five Guys inspired recipe.
The tomato sauce without sugar in supermarkets usually contain sucralose or other nasty artificial sweeteners.

So this would be loosely the amount of protein a man whos 80kg would consume.

bout 20-25 g protein per pattie.

Add a little oil to your pan but avoid bleach oil - vegetable oil. Extra virgin olive oil only or Ghee.

I always use wax paper when forming raw burgers.

This guy must be a newbie to cooking, the burger will be way too salty to consume!

FILTHY!!!!
Nobody should ever cook with rings on the fingers that harbor all sorts of germs and filth!
This is particularly the case when making things with direct contact with the hands, such as burgers!
VOMIT!!!
