Normal ATK vs CHARGED ATK - Which One is BETTER for Wanderer? (Genshin Impact)

Here is the comparison of Normal ATK and Charged ATK of Wanderer (Scaramouche) in Genshin Impact.

As you can see spamming Wanderer Charged ATK will grant you better utility especially if you don't have Tullaytullah's Remembrance.

Here I'm using 2 Piece Viridescent Venerer + 2 Piece 18% ATK
20% Crit food buff + Hu Tao 12% Crit Buff for Crit Consistency

Subject May Change on different Artifact.
Right Now I have not tested Wanderer Weapon with Desert Pavilion Chronicle artifact set.

The combo is: three attacks and in the last, immediately a charged, and sprint to process the passive, and when you run out of stamina, the ulti.

I feel like if you got the Tulaytullah, you MUST use normal attacks. But other weapons, charged attack spam is better and easier to hit multiple enemies

Don't forget the most important detail: the charged attack stuns/stagger enemies, and it's aoe is bigger!

Another YouTube explained it like this: If you have any two combination of his signature set, his signature weapon, his c1, or c6 Yun Jin, he's a normal attacker. If you don't, he's more of a charged attack spammer, especially if your running him with Dodoco Tales.

The thing is you can add more dps on the normal 3x by trigger his passive and animation cancelling after his 3rd attack .

Spam CA for those who doesn't have his BiS and isn't using the new set of artifacts but if you have his weapon its better to 3x NA, CA and dash when he procs his passive then when he falls use his burst. This is what I find the most effective DPS rotation for him.

If u pick 4 piece of his artifact set and his weapon, then the normal attack Will be better, due to buff (48%+40 from the set) plus the atq speed

However, if you dont have the weapon but the artifact set, then you should try combos like charged+2 hits+charged, so you will get the passive who gives free dash And Will enjoy the smol atq speed.

Charge attacks are also heavy attacks which stops enemies from attacking you so you could get by even without shielder

I'm using Lost Prayer and combo of 2 NA 1CA
I prefer it over 3NA but spamming charge attacks is cool 👀

Guys, CA spam is very nice, but dont forget the NA allows you to abuse of coordinated attacks and NA atk buffs synergy (also dash mid air's Ascension Passive), its also really really fast so you can mix NA and CA (like 2NA+1CA) and get the best of 2 worlds

thanks for this. now i know against single boses, just use normal atk. bcs with charge atk, sometimes i fked up the rhythm especially when playing on mobile.

Isn't having the thumbnail show "stop using normal attacks" spreading misinformation? Especially since the actual video says otherwise. If it's just for clickbait you could easily just change it to "which is better?!" Or something like that.

if you using yunjin in team or have his weapon/c1 with his set then go for normal attacks, otherwise chargeds will probably be better choice

So it's not a whole lot better either way, though when it comes to the type of enemy. For bosses it might just be easier/more comfortable to spam click rather than try to time the charged attacks perfectly. But on normal enemies used charged attack for the AOE. However that does change if you use yeah/xongqiu since their bursts only activate on normal attacks and not charged attacks.

Wanderer Normal attack with 4 Desert Pavilion when team up with buffer like Bennett and Faruzan is good against single target or boss. While Wanderer charged attack with 4 Viridescent Venerer when team up with character with element that can swirl with anemo is good against crowded enemies.

For the desert set the combo would be 1 charged, elemental followed by 3 basic 2 charged and continue with the 3 basic and 1 charged if there are many enemies for the Aoe if it is only one enemy then give pure normal atk and almost running out of stamina throw the ulti so you give all the possible damage with everything and with the c2 this is very effective so that the ulti does more damage
