The fact that The Noise is so goofy that he says “Nice to meet you my good sir” to an abomination of flesh and nightmare fuel, and then that abomination proceeds to bite is hand says a lot about Noise’s personality compared to Peppino’s.

This is actually a pretty well made animation! Also for some reason the background reminds me the city from Friday night funkin' week 3.

The Sound is such a great take on a "Fake Noise".
It does the same thing Fake Peppino does for Peppino, but it highlights a different aspect as a result.
Fake Peppino is unnerving but kind of pathetic and cutesy, like it doesn't know what it wants to do, much like how Peppino himself seems constantly unsure of the situation he's in and is just kind of an adorably hopeless wreck.
The Sound looks like it wants to kill you and that killing is all it will ever care to know.

Much like how The Noise is already a homicidal gremlin that chooses open hostility with basically anyone who tries to be anything more than a competent business partner to him, save Noisette.
