I appreciate you reaching back into the past. This was my first smartphone that lasted until my Nexus 4. Phone was pretty durable even after several falls and one while left on top of car.

My God I remember how bad I wanted this. The charging port on the top is familiar to me since my Omnia II had it the same :) Man a 1GHz CPU was the shit back then, it is nice to see how far we come and just think about where we will be in about 8 years :O

I tried using my Samsung Galaxy Tab 7 the other day. It's a shame that hardly any apps are compatible anymore (it still has Android 2.2)! It was pretty cool because I still had all my games and some very old selfies on there 😂 The UI is quirky, probably a bit too much for the single-core processor. It wasn't my first tablet though - that was the Disco 7000 with a resistive touchscreen (you release how brilliant capacitive touchscreens are)!

Listen I owned this phone and at the time this phone was a BEAST... The screen was way ahead everything else..

My first Android phone. Still have it, fully functional, even the original charger still works. The Indian one even had a leather pouch in the box.

That brings back memories! I had flashed mine at some point to get some cool features. They it would be in an endless boot loop, I had to make a USB cable with a resistor on the other end to force it into firmware download mode / recovery mode. I couldn't receive SMS on the third-party ROM. Also I didn't want to pay for data back then, thinking I could always connect to WiFi at home / school. Fun times!

I remember that thing getting so HOT when you would charge it.
