3 hours of light, relaxing and uplifting music - light music for work, while studying, to concentrate on a task or simply to relax. This is the 3 hour long version of my latest music piece: Flakstad. It comes with footage from an ocean view on a sunny day in Norway.

I am a former Legal Secretary. Unfortunately I became an alcoholic. The drinking helped so I did not think about my family members who have passed away. I had a massive stroke in July of 2011. I was in St. Luke's intensive care for 3 months. I had bleeding in the brain, almost destroyed my liver, etc. Then went through rehabilitation to learn to re-walk, re-talk, re-read, etc. For some reason God kept me alive.
