Thats awesome! Can't afford this setup, but if I could, this would be my rig. Only suggestion would be to have some cheap baofeng radios and stuff (which I'd guess you already do) for out in the open stuff.
I'm buying Meshtastic nodes and I'd like to eventually have a beartooth. I've got some misc 2M/70cm Ham stuff too. I'm pretty peeked with the meshtastic stuff but I need a few people nearby that share my enthusiasm!

Have you tested these? My real world experience with ATAK and meshtastic is only about 500 meters of range between two nodes. This was in a suburban environment with buildings in the way.

for the app you can have the apk on a usb drive and then install it without any internet locally from the drive. Only works for android though

Jealous. Exactly what I want to do, with the "wishes" of a beartooth, but they are just too much money. I rather spend the money on other things, maybe like MQTT servers etc.
