Confidence
-They have a deep rooted unshakable belief and confidence in their trading ability
-They are humble to the power of the market and don't get a God complex.
-They are completely honest with themselves and others about their abilities

Work and Character
-Always adapting with changing market conditions.
-Constantly looking for any new edge
-They have solid patience
-They have a real good understanding at what their strengths and weaknesses are
-Spend many, many hours studying, refining, researching, thinking
-They focus on improvement one step at a time...

A strategy that you used 10 years ago may no longer work or may work with some adjustments. The players change, the market conditions change. If I have a great strategy it won't necessarily work for the rest of your life... This is a game which can be very logical and systematic but a lot of emotions also come into trading. Allowing yourself to think about what is happening with my trading and strategy - how can I improve?

Good video. One absolutely fundamental factor in successful trading that you've missed out- being in charge of your emotions. For me, it's the most important virtue to have as a trader.

Great vid! What you say is true however there are those who stick with the same strategy, more or less. For example Richard Donchian is said to have kept his one strategy through his entire trading career. Same thing with some of the famed Turtles.
