ENGINEERING MECHANICS - STATICS, 13TH EDITION, R. C. HIBBELER
CHAPTER 8: Friction
PROBLEM: F8–7
F8–7. Blocks A , B , and C have weights of 50 N, 25 N, and 15 N, respectively. Determine the smallest horizontal force P that will cause impending motion. The coefficient of static friction between A and B is ms = 0.3, between B and
C , m=s = 0.4, and between block C and the ground, m==s = 0.35.

Great video, thank you! I have one question, when you count the number of ecuations (9), the equations for each block were sum of forces on x and y and sum of moments? If so, is it valid to count the sum of moments equations even if the problem hsa no lenghts?
