As a true fan of both Thor and Superman its hard to say who will win, but going by Facts, I would say-
STRENGTH: Thor pulled Nivadillir Rings which was stated to be Moon's level while Zack Snyder confirmed that Superman can't lift continent & at his best move tectonic plates. Thor is Moon Level > Superman is Island Level (Still I would say, both are fairly close so Draw) Thor - 1 Superman - 1
POWER: Thor Destroyed Sokovia city in one hit (Island Level), Shook Jotenhium Planet in 1 hit (Moon's Level), Destroyed Gorr's Planet just by charging up (Moon's level), Destroyed Rainbow Bridge (Planet Level) Overpowered 6 Infinity Stones (Multi-Planet level), Superman at best destroyed Alien Spaceships (City level) So Thor take this one. Thor - 2 Superman - 1
SPEED: Superman reacted to Flash (FTL), Thor reacted to Destroyer's laser & Zeus's lightning, saved Loki from Black Hole (Light Speed) But Supes take this one. Thor - 2 Superman - 2

Thor's strength and ap: he shaked a whole planet with just one hit, he moved the rings of nidavellir which Thor lifted mass ranging from about 4.0471893x10^16 kg to 1.03019364x10^17 kg.
