By the law's of thermodynamics (if this really work's witch I doubt) shouldn't the air move in the opposite direction than it's shown here
Cold= low pressure
Hot= hi pressure

It's mini model of Earth's wind movement that's known, but it's usable for cold climate where is the border of two temperatures.

Oops! That fan is moving in the wrong direction. The air would flow from the hot end to the cold. Don't confuse pressure with density. The cooling air would contract as it cools, making an area of relatively low pressure. The hot water would heat the air, making it air expand to a relatively high pressure.

this doesn't simulate a perpetual machine. in theory when the ice melts the machine will stop. so it doesn't break that law of thermodynamics
