Can you plz explain how to replace failed battery with new one.
If a battery set is put in discharging mode for some time and if we want to replace the cells that are showing low voltage after discharging time, how to replace it. Can we replace a fully charged battery in place of that low voltage battery that is put in discharging mode for some time
