When Ange was at Brisbane Roar (and at Melb. Victory) he got a reputation for not just bringing on the young kids, but, improving them in the style that his teams play in. So, fingers crossed.

I’m happy with the squad, especially as we got Carter-Vickers. There’s not a huge deal of depth in some areas but I think we have to start utilizing the youth players more. We’ve seen the massive strides Ralston has made under Ange, and I’m sure some of the others can step up for the odd game if they need to. That’s why we have the youth setup surely?

We now have our centre back: Cameron Carter-Vickers has joined just before midnight! This is a huge signing. Delighted with getting the Greek striker, too. People talk about one good season but that was last season. Think it's more about what you've recently done rather than what you did years ago. Saw a video of him on you tube and he looks a terrific all-round striker. Holds the ball up well and scores cool finishes. Also, Jota is going to be a gem for us. And don't forget Aurier is now a free agent!

In portugal we pronounce the J like we do in English... the J's in Spanish are pronounced like a H. It's the same way the pronounce Jose mourinhos name... 😁 lets hope our last couple of signings can make impacts this season. 💪🤞

John speaks perfectly on the situation at Celtic, we didnt get all we wanted, but it’s enough for Ange to challenge

Lighten up guys! We play in the SPL! It was always going to take several Windows to build the squad.

The Board are spending money, buying players 23-27 instead of 17-23....but Id argue. they should be signing REAL COACHES for Attacking and Defending[ Kennedy is analogue we are now in digital fitbaw]. You can't make everybody happy.

Jota replaces Christie and Giakomakous replaces Edouard, Ajeti replaces Griffiths.

The negatives on these types of videos and ones by many Celtic fans are comments regarding things out with everybody control like all of the '' if only we'd done this/or

This has been a GREAT window. NO money wasted on long loans or players who will never play.

Life doesn't work like FM Manager or Fifa transfers.

We knew that 9 players were going to be brought in during the Summer. We also knew this season WAS and IS the early REBUILD of the MASSIVE mess left over from Pedro and Lennon.

We will be signing NEW Players, maybe 2-4 in every one of the next 2 Transfer windows, so that next July.

We have the base squad of 16 new/old first team players and then Youth Players who WILL be given chances to prove themselves. But next September we will have our new Team

It hits different when Stevie says “There’s Edouard away”.

So the January window is set to be very interesting. Ange will know what he wants from Japan but will also have his eye on s.Korea where there could be another tottenham's Son.

Decent window, bit slow to move on it but we have had a pretty good window. We are still short of creativity in the central midfield / CAM / no. 10 type player. McCarthy if he can t get fit will be a great signing. The January window will be huge for us and Ange already said he has identified targets in Japan. This was always going to be a long transition, one window was never going to be enough. We still need to shift on about 6 or 7 players yet and get them off the wage bill. Then replace these. We were never going to bring in 18-20 players, which is what we are talking about. It will take a few windows to get the squad Ange is happy with. But as for the first window, I think we are a little bit further forward in some areas and still a bit exposed in others. 7/10 overall for this window.

I'm happy with the window and the progress made. Ange hasn't had much time you've got to remember.

You can expect 2 or 3 more bodies in January..

Remember that money in the bank, means that there is money to be spent in January too.

Overall, I think it's been a positive transfer period. The rebuild will take more than one window. Happy with most of the 12 signings, but as usual we were slow to bring them in. The Midtjylland result could've been different if we got the business done more quickly. Some things never change! It just shows how depleted this squad is that we can bring in 12 players, and we're still undermanned in most positions. Although Ange used Christie as a LW, his departure will weaken our midfield. If McCarthy moves into the defensive midfield role, then McGregor will have to move up from the number 6 into the number 8 spot. Not much speed in the middle of the park when you pair Calmac with Rogic & Turnbull. God forbid if Calmac gets injured! Despite losing Eddie, the front 3 is our strength. Abada or Forrest on the right. I haven't forgotten Dembele, but he will be out for a while. Jota or perhaps Kyogo on the left. Yes, I know Kyogo is best in the middle, and after Sunday I think Ange knows it, too! Giakoumakis is a good addition, and will add a much needed physical presence up front. Most urgent needs I think are LB & Midfield. Of course CB is another, with a heavy schedule of European & domestic fixtures. Glad we got Carter-Vickers. Jullien's return will be a boost. I think Liam Scales could be a real surprise packet, plays LB but is versatile, and very talented. Please don't disregard him because he came from the Irish league. That's my summary of the transfer window, and the state of the squad. This team is still very much a "work in progress".
Hail Hail Everyone.

Very happy with the squad. I think you may see Karamoko challenging Dave Turnbull and Rogic for the #10 in due course. There are also some fantastic youngsters coming through. Keep the faith folks!

Hahaha it's Jota (English pronunciation of the "J") Hamish. He's Portuguese. The "H" pronunciation is for Spanish people

Ange seemed to be prioritising that. The board need to be careful not to lose Ange like they did Rodgers by not backing him
