first service is a lollipop (called wiper in Fr) and second is a tomahawk (coming from behind the head). They are not the same. In my old days we were all practicing these services ...

For me the name os this serve is "Wax on, wax off" from Karate Kid movie. I use to do it when I was a young player 💪

It's well visible that he is not tossing from the flat palm and he is shortly hiding the ball with the tossing hand - the serve is illegal. Furthermore the ball should never be below the surface level when serving

Honestly Alexis’s serve reminds me a bit of Ding Ning’s Reverse Tomahawk Serve.

When I was a tournament player, I used a tomahawk variation to beat a number of people, but higher-ranked players could read the spin and would tee off with a big return, because my tomahawk wasn't that good.

First serve looks like he puts only side spin on the ball but after contact he make a notion with the racket as if he put back spin on it.

We table tennis players were doing this back in the early 80s. Btw. He needs to be accelerating his blade into the ball to produce maximum spin and speed. He's just carrying a bland stiff blade through the ball which produces little to no spin and the receiver should be able to butcher it.
