nintendo always announce their big pokemon games at their own event, not at e3

Remember Eric, Pokemon Sun and Moon were not announced at E3, but in a Direct about the same length as this one. Sure, that one was several months before E3 but I feel like they might have decided to announce Pokemon Stars or whatever it'll be called at the last minute before E3 so it doesn't overshadow the other stuff they want to announce there. If they get the announcement out of the way now, then they can just briefly feature it in their E3 Direct and then openly give more details during the Treehouse that follows.

they should make an open world pokemon game on the Switch, similar to the zelda game. An open world pokemon game with beautiful graphics will be freakin fantastic.

Pokémon games were never, but never, been announced in a E3 event, normaly they annouce them 1/2 weeks before the E3, so much probably we will see a new pokemon game, now.. it CAN be for the 3DS and not for Switch or it can be for both, who knows? let's wait and see

My hopes are high but It will probably just be a pokemon go update. there's rumors it's a sinnoh region remake and I would be happy if they ported those 3ds games to the switch as well. I don't see the point in having a 3ds anymore with the switch out and what not.

I hate the ignorance of people that claim we haven't had a game on Console in 21 years. BULLSHIT. Coliseum was a thing. EDIT: And don't even try and argue that "It's just a spin off." Because it's not. A Spin off would be Pokken Tournament... Pokemon Snap, Pokemon Stadium, Art Academy, etc. Coliseum was a Game that used all the core mechanics of the series to the point where the ONLY difference was that there were no wild pokemon.
